WAXALON is wonderful gem of a spot! Fatema pays close attention to detail, very gentle and it didn’t hurt at all!!!! I have recommended this place to everyone I know in the area, the prices are very friendly and I always leave feeling great, Silky smooth is the way to be, Fatema is absolutely amazing, She has a great technique for a pain free waxing experience. She is very thorough but efficient. I would highly recommend her for all of your waxing needs. I've done sugaring and hard wax, depending on the area. Both of the wax types are super high quality and have never irritated my skin. Also, Fatema is a gem herself. I just had the best waxing experience of my life! Fatema is such an incredible person and so great at her craft. I did a Full Body wax and she was so accommodating and gentle throughout, explaining each step and making sure the wax temperature was right in every new spot. Waxing is usually really tough for me, especially in the Brazilian area, but Fatema made it as seamless as possible. I called her and she was able to book me in on the same day, I am so grateful for her service as I’m about to travel! Just a note to any future clients, the salon is inside the Inked Beauty storefront, so you will have to look for the Inked Beauty sign and go inside to be greeted by Fatema. Thank you so much Fatema! There's a reason why this place has amazing reviews... it really IS as awesome as people say it is! The salon itself is so clean and chic and very welcoming. They just opened this place a month back, The room is so well-kept and organized. I was very nervous about doing my underarms and Brazilian not only because I had never tried sugaring before, but also because I actually hadn't been waxing regularly either, but Fatema is sweetest made me feel so comfortable and I just knew I was in good hands 😊. Sugaring hurts less than waxing AND it was quicker, and WOW, I haven't been this baby-smooth since I was, like, 10 years old! All in all, great location, wonderful environment, and PHENOMENAL service. I won't be going ANYWHERE else for my hair removal needs from now on. I wanted to share the positive experience that I had at this WAXALON, Today was my first time ever getting a wax, and I had such a wonderful experience that I only see myself going here! I was extremely nervous and decided to book a wax on a whim. From the moment I entered, everything was clean and very professional. The check-in process was smooth, and I was seen at my scheduled time. When I met Fatema, I was literally shaking and expressing my concerns and personal details. I have never been made to feel comfortable like her! She talked to me and kept my mind distracted, explained what she was doing, gave me personal advice, and had such great energy! First off, Fatema is a very accommodating, flexible, sweet and kind beauty practitioner. She made my first time sugaring experience go as seamless as possible. She explained the steps and procedures she would be exacting on me and my more intimate areas. She had me help when necessary and told me exactly what she needed me to do. Even though I was very vocal about the pain (in a funny way) we were laughing together which made it an enjoyable experience. I don’t think I will be going anywhere else for sugaring, as my experience here was great and it lasted a long time before hair started growing back. Fatema is highly skilled and exceptional at waxing. Not only is she fast, she is also incredibly thorough and takes pride in doing an excellent job. I've gone to places before where the person who waxes constantly misses hair (or expects me to check everywhere and tell them where they missed hair, which makes no sense since I'm the one paying). Or they use a roll on waxer which can cause tons of Ingrown hairs. Ever since I started going to Fatema, I noticed I have no Ingrown hair and the hair grows back much slower. Fatema is also very polite and pleasant so the overall experience is not so daunting and chatting about life makes it like a social experience :) Overall, this is 10/10 for waxing quality ~ Meena C

I found Waxalon while looking through google and saw that it had good reviews and decided to give it a chance. I was looking to have sugaring to my legs, underarms and Brazilian. I was taken care of by Fatema. She did a quick consultation and recommended I do waxing on my legs verses sugaring. Was was more concerned of doing a good job than charging her costumers, which I really appreciated. She was super professional and clean when waxing…never double dipped the waxing sticks. She was super attentive and professional. Despite the expected pain I found myself laughing with her as she was super friendly. Overall good experience, good job and good pricing for the service. This was my first time doing sugaring instead of waxing and I couldn’t be more happy about the service. I HIGHLY recommend Fatema especially for first timers because she made me feel so comfortable as she explained each step and kept giving reassurance. Honestly it was painful since it was my first time getting sugared but Fatema reassured that each time will be less and less painful she was so gentle and even stopped when I needed. She literally told me EVERY STEP she was taking. Spoke to me the whole time and checked on me even after I got dressed. I would go back literally just for her. You also can’t expect it to be entirely painless but she absolutely did her best to make sure you were ok! She does a quick efficient job, and she is super sweet and friendly. Best waxing salon I've ever been to!! I've had both brazilian waxing and sugaring done before at other salons, but never have had a good experience. I decided to give it another go and try sugaring at Waxalon, and I am SO glad I did! Fatema is super friendly and walked me through each step during the process, ensuring I was well informed and always comfortable. Because this was my first brazilian in awhile, it was a bit painful at times, but if I ever needed a break she was more than happy to give me one. I left with every single hair gone - something other salons have failed to do. She is quick and precise, and will give you the results you want! Not only is the service amazing, the facilities are very well kept, and cleaning procedures take high priority during the wax. I'm not new to sugaring, as I've done it myself before, but I have been looking for a place in the GTA that has sugaring services that can help me for all those tough places. Waxalon was the place I decided to go through after seeing the reviews and praise for Fatema. Initially I booked for a full leg and underarm session, but during my appointment I was uncomfortable with doing a full leg and Fatema was very understanding and it was very easy to switch to a half-leg service. Initially expecting the underarm to be very painful since you have to grow it out to have a good pull, but Fatema is truly a professional and it wasn't as painful as I had expected. She took the time to go over care and explained what she put on my skin post-sugaring (I'm in love with the tea-tree lotion that was used). I am such a fan of sugaring and I will be coming back to this place. ~ Sanzana S

What a great place to get waxed and sugared. I just moved to the area and was looking for a local waxing place. I checked the reviews and decided to make an appointment with Fatema at Waxalon. I'm so happy that I did. Fatema waxed my upper lip and brows as we discussed the Brazilian I was about to get. I saw the poster on the wall about sugaring so I asked what that was. Fatema explained how it is a natural product made of lemon and sugar and is a great way to remove unwanted hair. She also explained that it typically doesn't leave ingrown hair or bumps on the skin. I decided to get sugared. It was the best Brazilian I have ever had. A lot less pain and no stickiness. I would highly recommend Fatema at Waxalon for all your hair removal needs. She is not only knowledgeable but very friendly and always making sure that her clients are comfortable. Once you sugar, you won't go back to waxing. ~ Darleen C

My experience with esthetician Fatima was awesome. She was pleasant took her time and was very informative about the product she used and answered any other concerns I had. She took her time and made me feel comfortable throughout the process . Her prices are great and also the product she used was not harsh. I tried Waxalon for the First time and It was super amazing experience I ever had, Fatema, She did my brazilian sugaring and it was super fast and super easy - mind you it was my FIRST TIME and Fatema made sure that I was extremely comfortable from the moment I walked in and the whole time I was in the salon. I am going back again in about four weeks and I can't wait! The results are so worth it and I actually had FUN. The pain was a 4/10 at MOST. I got 2 separate areas done: Brazilian waxing and Inner Thighs waxing. Thank you so much Fatema. Honestly best service; I’ve been to MANY other ‘top’ waxing salons and they have traumatized me (they would rush and not even finish the job; they have literally left me with MANY stray hairs and I would end up plucking them, and the worst was that I ended up having all these tiny whiteheads so I wouldn’t even be able to wear shorts or a bikini even though that’s why I got waxed). With Fatema, I had NONE OF THESE ISSUES!! I literally went swimming 2 days after the wax; she gave me proper advice (to apply my Finipil at least 4 hours after), and to not workout after the waxing for 2 days. She also made sure to properly PREP the areas to be waxed, by taking extra steps to ensure they were free from bacteria (something that those other salons I’ve been to never did). I have finally discovered an exceptional place for waxing. With my PCOS, I'm having a hard time with face hair 😩. Despite trying everything, nothing worked, so I decided to try waxing at another location. My experience was horrible. Their technique caused me to bleed, bruise, burn, and be painful for a week. With Waxalon, I didn't get bruises, burns or bleeding. My skin went back to normal in 3 hours with very little pain. That was an incredible experience for me.
